Centre for LifeRelated: Days Out
Visit the new exhibition from 2nd February until 31st March 2019:
Museum of the moon displys the lunar surface in incredible detail on a seven-metre-wide sphere that is suspended in the air.
The exhibit uses imagery captured by the NASA spacecraft Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter and, at an approximate scale of 1:500,000, each centimetre of the sphere represents five kilometres of the Moon’s surface.
Not to be missed!
