• The caldarium increases the temperature and will create a therapeutic benefit
• The laconium purifies and detoxifies your body by stimulating circulation
When you are ready to cool down there is our monsoon showers which will help your body flush out the toxins.

2. Treatments are not included however, 10% discount eligible on spa treatments
3. Usage of gym, classes or courts will be charged at the normal centre rate
4. The customer must be over the age of 16 years of age to hold a Direct Debit or annual membership
5. To freeze or amend your membership, please visit the contact us page on the centre website, select “Upgrade, Amend Or Freeze My Membership”, complete the relevant fields and submit. All freezes and cancellations must be given with one clear calendar months’ notice, via the contact us page on the centre website. Click ‘Give Notice Of Cancellation’, complete the cancellation form and submit. A member of our administration team will then be in touch to complete the process of cancellation. Note, annual memberships cannot be suspended and are non-refundable unless the reason is medical.
